With a maturation time of 45 days is presented vacuum packed with edible natural rind. This type of cheese is made from pasteurized sheep’s milk, it is a drier cheese, although it contains more moisture than their brethren of greater maturity, so the flavor is felt even milk.
INGREDIENTS: pasteurized sheep’s milk, salt, lactic ferments, rennet and stabilizer (calcium chloride), no artificial colors or flavors.
